How to book

  1. Book your desired time slot by selecting it from the timetable below
  2. If you have not done so already download Zoom Cloud Meetings app onto your tablet or phone (although you want to have a bigger screen for comfort). For your laptop or desktop download here Zoom.us
  3. You will be emailed a link one hour before the class is due to start.
  4. Click this link 5-10 minutes before the class is due to begin and this will take you to your Zoom app to join the class. Make sure that you are good to go. Please note our cancellation policy for classes is 12 hours  (24 hours for Personal Training)
