How to book

  1. Book your desired time slot
  2. If you have not done so already download Zoom app onto your desktop, tablet or phone (although you want to have a bigger screen for comfort)
  3. You will be emailed a link one hour before the class is due to start.
  4. Click this link 5-10 minutes before the class is due to begin. Make sure that you are good to go. Please note our cancellation policy for classes is 12 hours  (24 hours for Personal Training)
