Epoch HiiT – What is it

Epoch HiiT is where High Intensity Interval Training meets intelligent movement. We have designed a workout that combines athletic conditioning, agility training and high intensity cardiovascular intervals to challenge your body more in less time.

Epoch HiiT emphasises explosive power, strength and works to develop peak cardiovascular fitness. In short Epoch HiiT is all bout energy.

How does it work

This 45 minute workout consists of 3 parts.

  • Part 1: Warm up
  • Part 2: The HiiT – In general this consists of 1 minute high intensity intervals followed by 1 minute of active recovery.  Active recovery is not rest. It is merely a period of time where workload is considerably reduced helping you focus on other aspects of your fitness such as agility, strength and mobility. There will be no rests in this session.
  • Part 3: Cool down.
