A comfortable 4.5km run around the perimeter of the park with a short interval session around the Regent’s park track to condition your cardiovascular and overall fitness.
This 4.5 km run around Regent’s Park will start at the Great Portland Street entrance to the park. We follow a counterclockwise route around the outer circle of the park to complete the full circuit with a 10 sprint intervals once we get to the Olympic track at the North of the Park.
