Training goal:
A comfortable 6 km run to continue building cardiovascular fitness and endurance culminating in a short HiiT session around the Regent’s park track to condition your cardiovascular and overall fitness.

This 6 km run will take you along the beautiful canal route along London Zoo towards London’s very own (little) Venice. The start and finish point is the Regent’s Park running track where we will go through a short interval training session.
