Training goal:
A comfortable 4.5km run around the perimeter of the park with a short full body HiiT session around the Regent’s park track to condition your cardiovascular and overall fitness.

This 4.5 km run around Regent’s Park will start at the Great Portland Street entrance to the park. We follow counterclockwise route around the outer circle of the park to complete the full circuit with a short full body workout once we get to the Olympic track at the North of the Park.
