Personal Training and 1:1 Pilates at home.

Our team of trainers have been working around Regent’s Park and Primrose Hill neighbourhood for over half a decade. We provide a discrete and professional service and our work here is based around home visits. Where home gym equipment is not available we provide our own. While the type of training depends on the goals of each individual we typically use a range of equipment from of light fitness equipment such as dumbbells, TRX and resistance bands to Reformers. We have a portable Pilates Reformer if you do not have this piece of equipment at home.
