Dynamic Reformer Pilates classes are more intensive than your regular class. You will continuously use all the major muscles in your body. The greater demand on the body uses up more energy (calories) during each workout.
Your metabolism will be boosted for a period of up to 24 hours after each workout while your muscles are recovering.Our sessions are structured in a metabolic circuit format to deliver an optimum workout for your body.

The exercises are performed in a circuit type manner. Switching between upper body, lower body and core.
