Meeting point: Entrance to the Regent’s Park Running Track located at the north side of Regent’s Park

Training goal:
A comfortable 4.5km run around the perimeter of the park followed by a short interval session around the Regent’s park track to condition your cardiovascular and overall fitness.
This 4.5 km run around Regent’s Park will start and finish at the Olympic style track located at the north end of the Park. We follow a counterclockwise route around the outer circle of the park to complete the full circuit. The run will culminate with 10 sprint intervals around the track. Sprints down the straight followed by a jog/walk around the corner.
